External Energy Management
Creating and maintaining a database containing current data on energy consumptions and energy costs.
Monitoring and informing customers about changes in energy legislation and proposing necessary measures.
Identifying and proposing the measures to reduce energy costs.
Keeping in contact with energy companies and providing consultation for energy supply contract conclusion.
Creating conditions for Energy management application in terms of European standard. Its Czech version is called DIN EN 16001 "Systems of energy management" which is a complex activity involving work from the energy consumption evidence to proposing specific measures, including the possibility of using the EU subsidies.
The activities depend, in addition to the cited standards also on the valid legislation, which is the Act No.458/2000 on the Conditions of Business and State Administration in Energy Industries (Energy Act) and Act No. 406/2000 on Energy Management, all as amended.
The aim of all these activities is to enable an operator to have full control of the energy management, both on the consumer side as well as on the energy purchase side (electricity, natural gas, purchased heat or water).
